The Ficus is a versatile medium-dark roast blend of washed Arabica and sun-dried Robusta. Grown under the shade of keystone Ficus trees, it offers a full-flavored cup with notes of dark chocolate, roasted almond, and cacao bitters. A balanced, bold brew with a smooth, nutty finish.

Each serving of Ficus coffee is naturally low-calorie and fat-free. A standard 100g of ground coffee provides roughly 0.3g of protein and trace amounts of potassium and magnesium. Free from additives or chicory, it’s a clean, antioxidant-rich brew that fits a conscious, healthy lifestyle.

Measure 1–2 tsp of fresh grounds for every 6 oz of water.

Pour hot, filtered water (90–96°C) evenly over the grounds.

Allow to brew for 3–5 minutes depending on your preferred strength.
