WHAT ARE SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS?

Depending upon the products and the location of the customer shipping times are calculated. Usually we ship within 2-3 days for a local order. Pickup orders can be made available instantaneously provided the products are available.

We use Cashfree payments partner to assist in transactions. so the updated details on the payment methods can be made available from their website. All major cards and methods like UPI should work,.

Shipping

Shipping and handling rates vary based on the product, its size and volume, the packaging used and the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order.

Shipping is free for domestic orders above INR 50,000.

Returns And Exchanges

Aura takes great care in delivering products and adheres to the highest quality standards.

As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to extending full refund or re-fulfilling your order.
